Abstract
In this project, I discuss the case of Galloway v. Town of Greece in detail. I also look at the methods of constitutional interpretation that exist in this country, which are originalisim, neo-originalism, and the "living constitution" model, as well as discuss the first amendment protection of freedom of worship which is relevant in the case. I will discuss the opinions of some others who have looked at the issue, and then propose my own thoughts on what should be done.
