Author Abstract: Aristotle espoused that true happiness is found by leading a virtuous life and doing what is worth doing. Pursing personal growth and excellence through life long development is known today as psychology well-being. The researcher explored the physiological well-being of Advanced Practice Nurses and examined the relationship between specialty, practice setting and organizational culture.The results suggested that there is a positive relationship between psychological well-being dimensions and speciality, practice settings and organizational culture.The current research is consistent with past research that indicated individuals that pursue personal excellence through advanced degrees and have demonstrated a sense of altruism towards others regards have a high PWB (Ryff, 1989).
