Abstract
The city of Watseka desires to improve thier downtown area where most shops and businesses are located. One of the ways they intend to do this is by implementing solar powered pedestrian walkway lighting along the major downtown walkways, the goal of this is to attract more businesses to the town. This will also increase revenue for the town, create a more welcoming atmosphere, and provide more jobs for the residents of Watseka.
